Sleep Balm with Herbs and Essential oils
Fractionated coconut oil infused with herbs (roses, lavender, roman chamomile, hops, valerian, and rosemary) to create the base for this sweet smelling balm. I also added essential oils of lavender, roman chamomile, rose otto, clary sage, Hops, Valerian Root and a touch of Rosemary. This should help you to relax and fall asleep. If you're REALLY stressed it could be used during the day to relieve stress. Try it at night first- the hops and valerian can be very powerful and no one needs to fall asleep driving home from work! Massage it over your forehead, temples, base of the neck and even over shoulders to relax before bed.
